Now, consumers who have received packages via CityMail can return them more conveniently. CityMail picks up returns directly from the consumer’s home. Alternatively, returns can be dropped off at a parcel locker. This service is close to home, smooth, secure, and most importantly, convenient.

No return label is needed, and the return can be booked through CityMail’s website. The service is designed to be flexible and simplify the consumer’s daily life. It is a collaboration with iBoxen, with CityMail being the first to offer returns through their parcel lockers.
